The product of mass and velocity, Momentum is essentially ‘Mass in Motion’, with the motion having a specific direction. A commonly used sports-term, Momentum’s physical definition relates well with a coach’s role in the life of the athlete. If the athlete is the “Mass in Motion” it is the coach who can provide clear direction and thus Momentum is achieved.
