Tucson Training Camp 2013

Welcome to the Momentum Endurance Winter Training Camp!  Dates are set for February 19-24, 2013.  Join us for a five day training camp experience in the Sonoran Desert of Tucson, Arizona.

THE CAMP:

Designed to take advantage of Tucson’s marvelous sunshine and pleasant wintertime temperatures, this training camp will offer road rides that are planned to boost your aerobic fitness for the 2013 season.  Momentum Endurance coaches Travis Woodruff and Brian Matter are excited to share their training knowledge and coaching expertise with you and we’ll cover some of Tucson’s best training routes.  This camp will offer ample time to discuss your training questions, along with plenty of hands on coaching and feedback while out on the roads. During each ride we will highlight specific elements of building a strong aerobic engine so that you can be prepared to continue your base training after completion of the camp.  You will have comfortable accommodations, taste some of Tucson’s best cuisine,  and enjoy breath-taking scenery to complement the first-class riding and coaching.  Travis  and Brian will each present upon topics that are applicable to your goals  – topics may cover training, racing, equipment, nutrition, lifestyle or effective goal setting. If there’s a topic that you’d like to have covered, simply let us know so that we can include it in one of our evening discussions. The camp will be limited to a maximum of ten athletes.
